Change to Restow.
When planning a vessel's discharge, it is a good idea to determine if any Through containers are blocking containers that need to be discharged. If this is the case, then you should change the blocking Through containers to Restows.
To determine restow containers:
In the vessel scan view, filter the current time frame by Disch List.
Determine if any filtered containers block unfiltered containers.
Change filtered containers that block unfiltered containers from Through to Restow:
Ctrl-click a blocking filtered container.
Select Container Change to Restow.

Keep in mind that the restow reason may affect billing.
